Description

The RIM (Retail Inventory Management) interface allows Renault dealers to obtain purchase suggestions from the OEM for parts purchase orders.

The main goal is to manage stock and quickly respond to customers’ needs.

It consists of 2 interfaces:

• Incoming (into the DMS). This interface imports order suggestions into the DMS.
• Outgoing (from the DMS). This interface informs daily stock and sales to Renault.
