Description

PG&CS is a set of Service interfaces used as a baseline for the “EDR” outgoing interface for the Warranties area.

This outgoing interface replaces the load of warranty data that the guarantors used to do in the GCM1 system. From its deployment, the dealer no longer enters the claims in GCM1 to request coverage since they are informed daily through the file.

Interfaces involved:

OPERACODE

This interface updates the official job and SPG codes required for warranties.

BVM

This interface allows connecting with the Renault server. It brings information completed within the vehicle’s main info. The main data is the after-sales code. This after-sales code helps to link the vehicles to the correct SPGs.

PGCS

• GARFOU “Customer comments”
• GARNAD “Nature of the expense and diverse codes”
• GARCAT “Grid catalog – Import catalog functions”

ICM

This interface allows consulting vehicle information on Renault’s site without the need of entering the VIN and the mileage of each vehicle. Access with just a click on the “Query ICM” button, displayed on the repair order header.
