Form F116 provides visibility into the status of each vehicle the dealership requests from the OEM, without the need to log in and check the information on Ford’s website. It includes vehicles requested through savings plans, traditional sales vehicles (which are part of the dealership’s monthly purchase quota from the factory), and additional vehicles (outside the monthly quota).

This interface allows these vehicles to be entered into Autologica Sky DMS from the moment they are ordered, including details such as model, order number, or VIN for identification, up until invoicing, when the remaining vehicle identification data—such as the serial number—is completed.
