Inform repair orders, appointments, vehicle invoices, and orders to TASA.

Description

Toyota dealers need to report to TASA all the repair orders, appointments, vehicle invoices, and orders as well as keep this information updated upon changes, for example, in the customer data.

For this purpose, TASA provides dealers with a set of web services to which Autologica can connect periodically and automatically without user intervention to comply with this OEM requirement.

The information sent to TASA is the following:

  • Vehicle invoices. Vehicle sales invoices, with DAC, and vehicle return credit notes.
  • Sales orders. Vehicle sales orders with an assigned vehicle (or model).
  • Repair orders and appointments.
